Returns
Because our mosaic pieces are handmade and often custom-designed, we generally do not accept returns. Please make sure to review product descriptions and images carefully before ordering.
However, if your order arrives damaged in transit or there’s an error on our part, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will work with you to make it right — either by repair, replacement, or store credit.
Refunds
We only issue refunds in cases where:
- The wrong product was sent.
- The product was damaged beyond repair during delivery.
Once your claim is reviewed and approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges, as each piece is unique.
